Guangdong Province’s 2022 “Quality Management System Certification Improvement Initiative for Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises”

Starting on May 10, 2022, a team of experts from Guangzhou Saibao Certification Center Service Co., Ltd. visited enterprises to carry out the “Quality Management System Certification Improvement Initiative for Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises,” led by the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration. The team provided guidance to enterprises in various areas, including refining quality management systems, staff training and education, and resolving practical on-site issues, thereby promoting and driving rapid development in enterprise quality management.

On May 10, Experts from Guangzhou Saibao Certification Center Service Co., Ltd. visited Guangzhou UV Tech Material LTD. to conduct a project assessment and diagnosis. They identified key areas for urgent improvement, including the quality management system, application of quality tools, enhancement of on-site quality management capabilities, and improvement of supply chain quality management. The experts designated relevant company personnel as “project managers” to form internal improvement teams to lead the implementation of these projects. The experts provided both online and on-site guidance to ensure that each improvement initiative is effectively implemented and yields tangible results.

Throughout the project, expert instructors employed a blended approach combining online and in-person training, integrating theory with hands-on practice to comprehensively broaden and deepen the employees’ knowledge.
